Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Most products are made to order through my production partner Printful.

Please allow:

  • 2–5 business days for production of prints, flags, banners, and apparel

  • 3–10 business days for shipping, depending on location

Original artwork ships directly from my studio. These pieces typically ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the specific product(s) ordered.

Prints, flags, and merchandise may ship separately from original paintings.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days after your order is placed.
Rural locations may take slightly longer.

International Shipping

International orders are welcome! Shipping times vary by destination and
may take 1–4 weeks.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
If your tracking hasn’t updated after several days, feel free to contact me.

Issues With Delivery

If your package is marked delivered but you do not see it, please:

  1. Double-check the address

  2. Look around entryways or mailrooms

  3. Ask neighbors/post office

If the issue persists, reach out and I will help you troubleshoot with the carrier.
Please note: I cannot replace orders that were delivered to the incorrect address provided at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

Made-to-Order Items (Printful Products)

Because prints, flags, banners, and merchandise are made to order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective,
I will happily replace it at no cost.
Please email a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Original Art

All sales of original artwork are final.
If damage occurs during shipping, contact me immediately with photos and I will work with you to resolve it.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect items.
Once your replacement or refund is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as production has not yet begun.
After production starts, cancellations are not possible.
